The end of the year is coming quickly!  Please remember to pick up your child’s medication in the school office before summer break.  Medications need to be signed out by an adult.  Any medication left at the end of the school year will be disposed of appropriately and not available for the 2018/2019 school year.

You’ve seen the invitation…now sign up!  July 27th marks our annual golf outing and fund raising event – Swing Fore Springs and Summer Fling.  You don’t want to miss this amazing SMSA event featuring golf, social, dinner, games, auction and camaraderie among alumni, parents and friends of SMSA.  Don’t forget – if you are not a golfer take advantage of the option to sign up for the evening portion of the event – Summer Fling (dinner, auction, games, etc.).

Reminder!  Make sure your Scrip Tuition Agreement is up to date by May 31, 2018 so your rebates are accurately dispersed. 

The Scrip office will be CLOSED MONDAY, JUNE 4th for end of year processing.
Scrip summer hours begin June 5th and run through August 17th:
Monday & Wednesday: 8 am – Noon
Tuesday & Thursday: Noon – 4 pm
Friday: Closed

ABC Update

The Athletic Booster Club met in May to review status of programs and to build a path forward for the 2018-19 school year. 

2017-18 was a successful year with revenue up from concessions, Friends of Ledgers and the new NFL raffle.  Numerous uniform and equipment requests we’re funded, and most recently ABC supported post prom, Swing fore Springs and three scholarships in the amount of $500 each, recipients were Alyssa Babler, Ben Hintze and Emily Mueller.
Critical for next year, will be having a parent coordinator for each of our main concession sports to assist with volunteer scheduling.  

Thanks to all those who contributed their time and energy this past year. A special thanks to Dan and Jean Hintze, and Rose Ahern for their many years of service to the ABC!
Thank you to our new officers and trustees.

Volunteerism is what allows the ABC to succeed, it’s a great way to give back, and help our student athletes to be their best.  

We meet again in July to prep for next school year!!
