St. Mary’s Springs Academy is seeking an Annual Fund/Special Events Coordinator responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the solicitation of unrestricted funds on an annual basis.
This position is responsible for managing the System’s annual fund including fundraising appeals (direct mail, digital campaigns, phone-a-thon, etc.), and ongoing cultivation and stewardship of annual fund donors. This position also manages the System’s three primary fundraising events, working closely with volunteers to meet annual fundraising goals.
Requirements: Successful candidate must be a self-starter and a strategic organizer who can also implement a variety of annual giving campaigns throughout the year. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be highly adaptable, and able to demonstrate the ability to grow relationships with constituents. Also a team player, willing to be flexible and collaborate with colleagues.
Strong computer skills which include Microsoft Office Suite as well as data management are a must. Bachelor’s or Associate Degree required and a minimum of 1-3 years in fundraising/ development/event planning or related experience is preferred. Practicing Catholic is preferred.
Full-Time year round position
