Donor and Alumni Engagement Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic professional to join our team!

 

The Donor and Alumni Engagement Officer is responsible for donor identification, stewardship, cultivation, and solicitation. Annual fundraising goals will be met through managing, retaining and upgrading an annual portfolio of approximately 200 donors. They will also cultivate new and deepened relationships with prospective donors and will manage all first-time donors, recurring donors and memorial donors.  This position has responsibility for alumni engagement, connecting with and recognizing alumni in ways that grow their relationship to the Academy.

After School Child Care - Part Time

St. Mary’s Springs Academy is seeking an individual who desires an opportunity to work in a dynamic empowering environment with students in grades 4K-5 as a part-time supervisor for our before/after school care programs. Each of the three classrooms are custom to certain grade levels and activities associated with the range of the grade levels.  

 

A strong candidate is willing to work as a team member, collaborate with colleagues and complete the Safe Environment Education training. Person with experience in an elementary school and/or child care setting is preferred, but not required. Part-time (15-20 hrs.) from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and/or 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. on scheduled school days during the academic year.

Food Service Senior Production Assistant – Part Time

Are you ready to take your food service career to a higher level? If you have a passion for food and children, it may be time to move your career in a new direction!

 

St. Mary’s Springs is seeking a senior production assistant cook for the 2022-2023 academic year. Our successful candidate will be responsible for supporting efficient operation of the school lunch program within a team environment. Tasks would include assisting Kitchen Manager with food preparation and serving of food; help maintain a clean work environment; and other duties as assigned in regard to food services. Nature of work requires moderate physical effort, continuous standing, ability to lift 30-50lb occasionally, and use of commercial food service equipment. Basic computer skills are necessary.

 

Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – MTWRF. This position has the potential for additional hours and professional advancement in the future. Ongoing educational opportunities to further knowledge of the National School Lunch Program are available. Competitive benefits include sign-on bonus after 60 days, holiday pay, personal days and partial tuition remission for the 2022-2023 school year. Benefits subject to eligibility criteria.

Food Service Server/Cleanup – Part Time

Interested in working just four hours a day in a fun, fast-paced environment? If you have a passion for food and children, it may be time to move in a new direction. St. Mary’s Springs Academy is seeking part-time assistance in the Food Service Department.

 

Successful candidate will be responsible for supporting efficient operation of school lunch program within a team environment. Experience working with children preferred.  Nature of work requires moderate physical effort, continuous standing, and ability to lift 30-50lb occasionally. Basic computer skills are necessary. Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – MTWRF during the school year.  Responsibilities would include serving, point of sale and
cleanup.

 

Previous food services experience a plus, but not required.  This position has the potential for additional hours and professional advancement in the future.  Competitive benefits include holiday pay, personal days and partial tuition remission.  Benefits subject to eligibility criteria.

Substitute Teachers

St. Mary’s Springs Academy seeking substitute teachers at all levels to perform the instructional and classroom management process or supervise/monitor a classroom while being instructed virtually, by classroom faculty.

 

Requirements:
The successful candidate is a team player, flexible, has a passion for education and students, is comfortable with technology and collaborates with colleagues. Substitutes should be able to problem solve, make decisions, and resolve conflict in a timely and confident manner. No teaching license required for a proctor. Background check required.
