Business Office Assistant - Full Time

St. Mary’s Springs Academy is seeking a full-time Business Office Assistant who will focus on the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

 

Requirements:
Duties include processing vendor payments, preparing accounts receivable statements, posting payments received to appropriate accounts, setting up ACH transfers, reconciling accounts monthly, maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.  The successful candidate must have basic knowledge of accounting and Microsoft Excel, be organized, have an attention to details, be flexible and have the ability to collaborate with colleagues as well as outside constituents.  Previous accounts payable and accounts receivable experience is preferred.  A practicing Catholic is preferred.  Full-Time, non-exempt, year round

Theology Instructor - Full Time

St. Mary’s Springs Academy seeking full-time Theology teacher

 

Requirements:
Persons must be certified as a licensed instructor for Theology in the State of Wisconsin.  Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a major (or minor) in Theology or related program. The successful candidate understands teachings of the Catholic Church and is able to communicate those teaching to HS students.  Candidate must also be a team player, willing to be flexible and collaborate with colleagues, successfully integrate technology into teaching practices and differentiate instruction and assessment. Practicing Catholic is preferred.

 

Full-Time:

Monday through Friday

High School Math Instructor - Full Time

St. Mary’s Springs Academy has an exceptional opening for a full-time high school math instructor to join our spirited faculty and community of learners, beginning the 2020-2021 academic year. Candidate must be a team player, willing to be flexible and collaborate with colleagues, successfully integrate technology into daily teaching practices and differentiate instruction and assessment.  A practicing Catholic is preferred but not required.

 

Requirements:
Persons must be certified as a licensed instructor for 7-12 math (EA-A) in the State of Wisconsin holding a Bachelor degree in mathematics or secondary education with a concentration in mathematics. MA in mathematics is preferred.  The successful candidate understands and has experience differentiating math instruction, and is open to “flipped classroom” approaches.  Experience with advanced math education and AP courses is desired. The ability to tutor students who are struggling with grade level math is a plus.

Childcare Teacher- Part Time

St. Mary’s Springs Academy seeking an individual who desires an opportunity to work in a supervisory role with children 4 years old through 8th grade.

 

Must be flexible, willing to work as a team, collaborate with colleagues and complete the Safe Environment Education training.

 

Part-time (17.50 hours) position available 2:30 – 6:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) on most days.
