Tuition Assistance Information for Applicants

Applications for tuition assistance a school year open on April 1 and close on May 31. Families are encouraged to begin the process early as funds are distributed as needs are assessed and on a first-come first-served basis.

St. Mary’s Springs Academy seeks to provide tuition assistance to those students in grades P3-12 whose family can provide documentation of need.

We believe enrollment in our school should not be limited to families who are able to pay full tuition. Our tuition assistance program enables us to assist deserving students who could not otherwise afford to attend. The tuition assistance program helps to achieve social and economic diversity within our school community. This goal is an integral and respected part of our school’s philosophy, operating budget, and fundraising objectives.

Tuition assistance is offered as a reduction of full tuition, which is determined through an analysis of a family’s financial need. Unless special circumstances are indicated, tuition assistance does not apply to the fees charged by SMSA for P3 and K4 Enrichment Programs. Student employment and athletic awards are not offered.

SMSA uses a third party company, FACTS Management Co.  The application cost is $35 (non-refundable).  Both new and existing families can apply for tuition assistance.  Click here for an overview of the financial aid process.
