Upcoming Dates

School Choice Open Enrollment - Ends April 15th

The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) open application period began Monday, February 1. 2021 and will remain open until Thursday, April 15, 2021.

Families that currently have a school voucher, must fill out the application for the 2021-2022 school year. By reapplying for your child’s voucher you are telling the DPI that you want the voucher again for the next school year. If the DPI does not receive your application, your voucher will be given to another family. Current families are only required to provide a residency document. Reapplying for your child’s voucher is simple and quick.

New families that are interested in completing an application have to be income eligible and provide a residency document.

Current families and new families will apply electronically by clicking here.  This link will also take you to information about the WI Parental Choice Program. (WPCP)

WPCP information can be found on our website by clicking here.

Questions about WPCP can be directed to Carol Ellestad, 920.322.8002 or cellestad@smsacademy.org.
