Message from the P3 - Grade 5 Principal, Steven Kelnhofer

Dear Parents,

Parent Volunteer Thank You

Mother Teresa once said, “Not all of us can do great things, but we can all do small things with great love.” This week, I wish to thank parents and volunteers who give themselves joyfully in small and big ways to our SMSA community.  Thank you for helping with the bookfair, taping a principal to a wall, providing snacks for conferences, attending conferences, being at Mass and chapel time, selling Big Money raffle tickets, helping at lunch and recess, attending field trips, classroom events and so much more.

We appreciate all you have to offer by partnering with us to create an amazing environment to raise your children.

God Bless,
Steven Kelnhofer

Upcoming Events/News

Mr K. Duct Taped to the Baker Gym Wall!

At the end of the 2017-18 school year, Mr. K sent the elementary students off to summer with a special “Reading Challenge”.  If students read and logged at least 85,000 reading minutes, Mr. K. would let elementary students do something silly to him.

Students crushed his challenge logging in 104,419 minutes and were rewarded by getting to duct tape Mr. K to the Wall!  Even teachers joined in on the fun!
