Message from the Principal

Dear Parents,

During the first week of Lent, we have worked with our students on how to follow Jesus more closely during their journey through this Lenten season. Whether it’s through prayer, alms giving, fasting, or a little of each, students are certainly making their journey meaningful and goal oriented.
I have already witnessed more door holding for others as an alms giving, giving up a position in the front of the line for fasting of being first, and prayer in our chapel.  Students and staff are well on their way of making this Lent meaningful as they grow closer in their relationship with Jesus.
We have a beautiful story being told and lived everyday here at SMSA.  It’s a blessing to be woven into the narrative.

God Bless,
Steven Kelnhofer

IMPORTANT HEALTH UPDATE: Help keep our school healthy. There has been a high number of absences due to illness recently. Please review the Nurse Notes, below System Information, to review the important health guidelines and SMSA school policies.

Attention parents:

Please make sure that your child/children are waiting for you at pick up either on the sidewalk or inside the building.  We have had several students climbing on snow hills and playing in areas that are unsafe after school is released.  We appreciate your help in instructing your child/children to make safe choices.
