Thank you to everyone who supported Ledgerfest 2019 – Calling All Heroes! Without your support, this impactful event would not have been possible.
We are excited to announce that this year we made a record, $122,561.04! Thanks to your generosity, we can help offset operational costs including things like: turning the lights on, band instrument repairs and busing for all-System Masses by putting this money directly into the Annual Fund.
For those that attended, you know that we were graced with members of our Vocal Jazz group who paid tribute to our teachers as we kicked off our “Support our Teachers Campaign” to help increase teacher’s salaries. With the help of a generous match donor, we were able to raise $22,500 in under 5 minutes! As students sang, we viewed a video, created by SMSA senior, Lexi Baudry. Please click here to view this very touching video.
Again, in total, the event raised $122,561.04. What an incredible impact on our students and Catholic community. Truly amazing!
We hope you will join us next year for Ledgerfest on Saturday, April 4, 2020!

Godspell showcases multiple parables from the bible. These stories are mainly based on the Godspell of Matthew, with a few stories based on the Gospel of Luke, and yet another is only found in the Gospel of John. The songs are reminiscent of hymns from the bible and allow the audience to engage fully with rich harmonies and emotional aspects, such as the finale of the show which represents the Passion of Christ.
The show will be held at the NFDL PAC, 225 McKinley St in NFDL. Show dates are Friday April 5th and Saturday, April 6th at 7pm, and Sunday, April 7th at 1pm. Tickets are $12 online and $14 at the door. Students and senior citizens are $7 online and at the door. Tickets and can be purchased by clicking here.

We all feel shame at some point, but more often than not it comes from the devil. He wants us to be ashamed of as many things as possible—even when we didn’t commit a sin—because shame makes us feel unworthy and unloved by God. Click here to view this short video from Ascension Presents, Jackie shares the Good News of how God’s unconditional love can set us free from shame.
