The Scrip office has gift cards available for two Fond du Lac retailers that have closed or will be closing their FDL stores. Locations are still open in the surrounding area and Scrip gift cards CAN BE USED FOR ONLINE PURCHASES as well. Please consider purchasing these cards to offset the loss we will incur if these cards are not sold. As everyone knows, by purchasing Scrip you are supporting the bottom line of SMSA!

Our school nurse has decided to leave SMSA. At this time, Agnesian is working to fill the position for us. While Agnesian seeks to fill the position, we are reaching out to see if there are any parents, who hold a nursing degree, that would be willing to volunteer their time until the position is filled.
Should you have interest in volunteering any amount of time, please call Stacey Akey at 920-322-8007
Thank you!
The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) open application period begins next week.

New student eligibility is a combination of student residence, income and prior year attendance. The family income must be at or below the following limits set by the DPI for the 2020-2021.
WPCP Income Limits 220% of the Federal Poverty Level for 2020-21:
Family Size Maximum Yearly Income*

6 $76,098
Married Family Income
3 $53,926
4 $63,650
5 $73,374

*Income levels are Adjusted Gross Income (AGI)
Families that already have a school voucher in the Choice program must also fill out an application by clicking here. This application process requires little time, but it is a requirement set by the DPI so the DPI knows that you want the Choice voucher for your child in the next school year. (2020-2021)
Parents/guardians applying for the first time or reapplying for a voucher with questions about School Choice should contact Carol Ellestad at 322-8002 or cellestad@smsacademy.org.
