Holy Family Catholic Community Blood Drive – February 13th

Donate blood at the Holy Family Catholic Community Blood Drive from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 13th at Holy Family Church, 271 Fourth Street Way.  Donors are asked to make reservations prior to arriving by calling 877-232-4376 or visiting http://bit.ly/hfcc0213. 

Safe social distancing measures will be in place and all donors are asked to wear a facemask. 


Holy Family Catholic Community Lenten Schedule – Beginning February 17th

Holy Family Catholic Community has prepared its Lenten schedule for the season beginning Wednesday, February 17th. The parish will publish the Easter schedule in March. 

Ash Wednesday:

  • Holy Family: 7:00 a.m. (Facebook Live and in-person); 5:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. (Spanish)
  • St. Mary: 12:10 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • Sacred Heart: 6:30 p.m. (CF Youth/Families)

Ways of the Cross/Stations of the Cross/ Vía Crucis 

Fridays February 19th, 26; March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th 

  • 6:00 p.m. (in-person and on Facebook) at Holy Family Church (led by Holy Family priests)
  • 7:00 p.m. in Spanish at St. Mary Church (led by Holy Family priests) 
  • 7:30 p.m. at Our Risen Savior (not led by Holy Family priests)

8:00 a.m. Morning Prayer (in person and on Facebook Live):

  • Every Wednesday during Lent – February 24th, March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st

Help for the Homeless Drive – February 14th – March 7th

The Family Radio 101.7 FM’s Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive will begin this weekend and collect items for area crisis agencies, including Solutions Center Shelter and Support Services, The Salvation Army, New Beginnings, Beacon House, and ADVOCAP Homeless Program. Supplies needed include: cleaning supplies, feminine products, bathroom tissue, hair care, deodorant, dental care, laundry soap, body lotion, kitchen trash bags, paper towels, face/bath soap and diapers/baby care. Boxes will be available at each Holy Family site to collect donations.


Blessed Bites in Need of Meals

Holy Family Catholic Community’s meal-to-go program, Blessed Bites, is seeking help in making meals for its distribution on Monday evenings. If you are interested in making a meal for Blessed Bites, please contact Erin Cobb at the Parish Office at (920) 921-0580

Fondy Youth Baseball Registration

The youth baseball season is coming soon and registration is NOW open for all baseball programs from kindergarten through high school! Start dreaming of summer time!

The easiest way to register is to go online. At the end of checkout you can choose one of two options in the drop-down box… 

1) “Pay in full” with credit card, or 

2) “Pay offline”, Which allows you to bring a check or cash to in-person registration or mail in.

 

**If you have difficulties with online registration, we will have computers set up at in-person registration to help you, but this may involve a wait. The dates are below and are the only dates

 

**If you select fundraising to sell candy bars then you must also show up at one of the in- person registration dates to pick up the candy. If you are already registered you will be in and out fast. Once the candy is all taken it will no longer be an option for those that register later.

 

In-Person Registration dates are (Players do not have to attend)…

  • Tuesday, February 2nd from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the FDL Recreation Department
  • Thursday, February 4th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the FDL Recreation Department
  • Saturday, February 6th from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the FDL Recreation Department

 

ANY REGISTRATION AFTER FEBRUARY 26TH WILL RESULT IN $25 LATE FEE AS THAT IS WHEN WE BEGIN TO CREATE TEAMS!

 

Please also consider being a head coach! Even if you cannot make every game each team always has additional parent help.
