  • Nomination papers to run for student council office or class office will be available starting Tuesday April 7th in Mrs Bartel or Mrs. Anderson’s rooms. They must be returned to Mrs. Bartel or Mrs. Anderson by the end of the day on Monday April 13. Please consider running for office and working as a member of our student government.
  •  Key club will be selling Bubblers and baked goods this week Wednesday – Friday by the S couch before school.  Bring your cash and pick up a treat.
  • The National Honor Society is sponsoring a blood drive at on campus next Wednesday April 15th.  Blood donations do save lives and this drive also helps an SMSA student receive a scholarship for college.  Please sign up using the QR code on the posters around school or with Anilu, Jack, Maddie, Stephanie or Mrs. Theel.
  • SMSA’s NHS needs your help to cheer on Class of 2025 Casey Van Horn as he dashes for cash, raising money for the NHS meal prep for Hope on the Block.  This will take place on Sunday April 19th on the field right before the Timber Rattlers game.  Also, the school that sells the most tickets wins a free VIP suite for a future Timber Rattlers game.
  • But wait, there is more.  SMSA’s Vocal Jazz will be singing the National Anthem before the game.  Support SMSA while you have fun at the ballgame.  Let’s pack the stands and show support for Casey, Vocal Jazz and the Timber Rattlers.  See one of the NHS students for more information.
