Message from the P3 - Grade 5 Principal, Steven Kelnhofer

Dear Parents,

Morning Drop Off – AM Hold Zone
Please remember, we have a Hold Zone available in the morning for students K- 5th grade starting at 7:30 a.m. in the back playground area.  Feel free to arrive at this time to use the holding zone to relieve some of the traffic pressure from 7:42 – 7:53 a.m.

Thank you.

Hug and Go Lane
Another reminder, please pull as far forward as possible when using the Hug and Go lane.  This will allow for better traffic flow, eliminating the backup before the crossing zone.

Parent/Teacher Conferences
Conferences will be held Wednesday, October 17th and Thursday, October 18th.  If you have not done so, please make sure you reserve a day and time using Skyward.

We look forward to seeing you sometime between the hours of 4:00 – 6:30 p.m. on either conference night.

Please connect with your child(s) teacher if those times will not work out to see if another day and time can be scheduled.

Classroom Halloween Parties

On Friday, October 26, 2018 we will be having our annual Halloween Celebration at school.  Please bring costumes in backpacks.  Students will want to wear tennis shoes.  (masks, weapons and gruesome/violent costumes will not be permitted).

Grades K-5th grade will walk over to the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes (320 County Road K – weather permitting) at 1 p.m. for a parade in the driveway, and then classroom parties will follow at 2 p.m.

Parents and friends are welcome!  Please bring a canned good for the Food Pantry or art supplies to support Marian University’s Project for Children with special needs.

If you are interested in helping, look no further than our website under Volunteer Opportunities.

God Bless,
Steven Kelnhofer
