Have your students outgrown their school uniforms? Are you looking to swap with other SMSA families? Well here is your chance! SMSA is gearing up the the annual uniform exchange giving families the opportunity to exchange gently used uniform items that comply with the SMSA dress code.
The greatest needs for the exchange at this time are uniform shirts and polos, skirts, jumpers and fleece. If you have uniforms that you would like to donate, they can be dropped off at the North or South Hall office during school hours. Please help by making sure all uniforms are clean and free of holes, stains and torn seams.
If you have any questions or would like to help sort, set up, or volunteer at the exchange, please contact Kelly Mueller at kmueller@smsacademy.org or 920-322-8012. Thank you!
Thank you to all those who visited us during our Spring Book Fair!
We collected almost $300 with the All for Books Campaign! That means our school library received almost $600 in free books; because we too could utilize the BOGO offer! Here’s to a great summer of reading.
Summer Reading Program information coming soon!
As we finish up this year, we are already looking ahead to the next school. Currently, Congress has not approved additional funds to extend the free lunches for next year. Unless this changes, we will be going back to paid lunches for school year 2022-2023.
Foodservice will continue to make lunches affordable for families. We will be holding the lunch prices from the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year. Families who qualify for free and/or reduced lunches will need to be approved again for the next school year. Please remember to look over the BACK TO SCHOOL packet in August for more information.
In a year of challenges of staffing and supply chain issues, food service has strived to serve the students and provide healthy choices every day. It is our pleasure to serve our students.
