Pick up will be at SMSA in the Scrip Office (or shipped to you for a flat rate fee) the week of March 29th. All proceeds will benefit expenses related to the artificial turf field upgrade at SMSA.

Tuition Assistance/Financial Aid - New Look

This year SMSA is partnering with School and Student Services (SSS), formerly TADS, for our families to apply for tuition assistance/financial aid for 2021-2022. The process for families to apply is the same but the look is new. 

 

To have this new program running smoothly and efficiently, SSS has informed SMSA that the new program will be available to families at the end of March. Information regarding the exact date for the SSS link to be available will be published in the eLedger and on our website.

Choice Documents

The open application period for the WI Parental Choice Program is Monday, February 1 – Thursday, April 15, 2021. All applicants have to submit residence verification and some will also submit income verification documents to SMSA. There are three ways these documents can be submitted to the school.

 

  1. Documents can be scanned or a picture can be taken on your phone and sent to Carol Ellestad, School Choice Designee – cellestad@smsacademy.org.

 

  1. Documents can be brought to the South Hall office or North Hall office in an envelope to the attention of Carol Ellestad, SMSA Choice Designee. Copies can be made in the office for you.

 

  1. The document can be mailed to:

Scrip Hours

Plan Ahead – Scrip will be closed for Spring Break

The Scrip office will be closed Monday, March 22nd through Friday, March 26th for Spring break. 

Regular Scrip hours will resume Monday, March 29th.

 

Scrip Hours

Scrip Office will be open Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. – Noon, Tuesday and Thursday from Noon – 4:00 p.m.  The Scrip Office will be closed on Fridays.
