High School Placement Testing - Saturday, February 2nd

High School Placement Testing for incoming 9th grade students NEW to SMSA for the 2019-2020 school year, will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

 

The placement test will be held at St. Mary’s Springs Academy. This date is for students that will be NEW to the SMSA system.

Freshman Scheduling Nights - Monday, February 11th and Wednesday, February 13th

Freshman scheduling nights for the 2019-2020 school year will be held on Monday, February 11, 2019 and Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at SMSA.

 

Students with last names ending in A-L should attend on February 11th and students with last names ending in M-Z should attend on February 13th.  All incoming freshman are required to attend. Your students will be receiving an information packet with a scheduling sheet, curriculum guide and agenda for the evening.

Singing Telegrams - February 14th

A sweet surprise for your special someone!

 

St. Mary’s Springs Music Department is offering singing telegrams on Valentines Day (Feb 14th).  Students will show up at your special someone’s home, workplace, school, restaurant, you name it dressed in formal black and white, bearing a long stem rose singing in lovely harmony two love songs.

Save the Date - Ledgerfest 2019 "Calling all Heroes" - Saturday, March 9th

Ledgerfest – Calling All Heroes is Saturday, March 9, 2019! Mark your calendars and begin watching your mail, it’s time to assemble your squad to attend this fun filled evening of dinner, drinks, silent and live auction, dessert auction, mystery raffle, DJ and dancing! Come dressed as your favorite superhero!

Big Money Raffle Total and Thank You!

Because of your continued support in Catholic education and SMSA, we were able to raise an incredible amount of $65,077! This amount will directly help bridge the operational gap between what tuition supports and the needs of the school. Needs such as busing to Holy Family for All system Mass ($1,670 for each Mass), turning the lights on each day ($343 per day), professional development of our faculty ($35,000 annually) and much more.
Again, thank you so much for your continued support. We truly are blessed to have all of you a part of the Ledger family!

Private School Tuition Tax Deduction

Private school parents can benefit from Wisconsin’s K-12 tuition tax deduction by simply completing a one-page form with their 2018 state tax filing.

FDL County Health Department Hearing & Vision Screenings - Thursday, February 28th

On Thursday, February 28, 2019 the Fond du Lac County Health Department will be here to do hearing and vision screens for specific grades at SMSA. 

 

We are in need of parent volunteers to help the County nurses do the screens. They will begin at 8:00 a.m. with a short training and plan to be done before lunch.  If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please let me know or sign up by clicking here.
