Have a very Merry Christmas and Blessed New Year!

FROM THE OFFICE OF STACEY AKEY, SYSTEM PRESIDENT

Rebecca (Becca) Dahlke System Nurse

It is my pleasure to announce that we will welcome Rebecca (Becca) Dahlke to St. Mary’s Springs Academy as our System nurse, beginning January 6, 2020.

Becca comes to us from Agnesian HealthCare, a member of SSM Health’s Hospice Home of Hope, where she has served as a registered nurse since 2015. “I am very much looking forward to my transition to SMSA. My family is from the Rosendale area, and I currently reside there with my husband, Riley, and our four children, Braelyn (7), Kashtyn (4), Rhett (3), and Rory (1),” says Becca. In 2013, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Upon graduation, Becca began working as a registered nurse at Ripon Medical Center.

We thank Agnesian for their continued partnership in providing a dedicated nurse on campus. For Becca, this opportunity is something she dreamt about, “School nursing is always something I saw in my future. To have the opportunity to educate and advocate for our youth is a dream come true. I look forward to building relationships, being a resource, and growing with the students, staff, parents, and community.

We are so happy to welcome Becca to our SMSA family!  Please join me in welcoming her to the Ledge in January, 2020.

We have many great new ideas we cannot wait for you to experience, but one thing we are keeping the same is our live and silent auction. The live and silent auction are a major part of this event and we want this year’s auction to be better than ever!

Do you have a vacation rental you are able to donate? HAve access to other items such as a high-end appliance, electronics, play/concert tickets, sports memorabilia, purses, etc.?  Are you interested in creating your own or getting a group together to create a one of kind auction package? If you would like to make a monetary donation, we would be happy to put a package together for you!

Donations may be dropped off at the North or South Hall office, attention Kristin Zitlow. Please click

here to fill out an online donation form.

Ledgerfest can only be made possible through the efforts of energetic volunteers and the kind generosity of our community partners and school families. Thank you for your support!

Box Tops for Education - Due January 8th

As you are aware, the Box Tops program is changing from a ‘Clipping Program’ to a much more efficient ‘Receipt Scanning Program’,  If you haven’t downloaded the Box Tops app, get it at the App Store or Google Play and start scanning for immediate rebates to benefit SMSA!

Please don’t stop clipping…we can still submit those labels until they no longer appear on packaging.

Click here to download the sheet to submit to classroom teachers or to the Scrip Office anytime before the Christmas break OR collect the labels and bring them back by Wednesday, January 8, 2020.

In Addition…

…Scan your receipts and select the Give Credit option to support one of the following areas during this Challenge—Chapel or Field Trips. After Wednesday, January 8th,  we will provide a report in the eLedger so everyone can see the results of our Box Tops scans to support Chapel expenses and Field Trip expenses!

Keep Clipping and Scanning – we’ve earned over $660 so far this year!
