Hi Everyone,
My name is Zainah Ott, a local high school student at eAchieve Academy. At our school every student is required to complete a full credit of Service Learning. I wanted to use this opportunity to help our community, but especially the little ones.
I am hosting a Little Needs Drive at SMSA from Monday, April 18th to Friday, April 22nd. There will be 3 boxes in both the North and South Hall offices. There is one for each grade group: Elementary, Middle, and High School. With you and your students’ support we will be able to donate all items to the Fond du Lac Family Resource Center!
List of ideas include:
Diapers, pull-ups, pull-up underwear, wipes, diaper rash cream, bottles, sippy cups, baby spoons, baby bowls/plates, pacifiers, teething items, baby/children’s shampoo, lotion, nose cleaners and hairbrush/combs.
Thank you for your support of the Fond du Lac Family Resource Center!
The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) online application is now open for 2022-2023. Parents will be able to apply from Tuesday, February 1, 2022 – Thursday, April 21, 2022.
The DPI requires current Choice families to fill out an application. Filling out the application informs the DPI that you want your Choice voucher for the following school year. If the DPI does not receive an application from a current family the Choice voucher is given to another applicant for 2022-2023.
New and current families must electronically submit their application at https://dpi.wi.gov/choice
New families must be income eligible to apply. The following income limits have been posted for 2022-2023:
Family Size Maximum Yearly Income*
1 $28,336
2 $38,324
3 $48,312
4 $58,300
5 $68,288
6 $78,276
For each additional member add $9,988
Families with students who participated in the Choice voucher program in the prior year are not required to provide income documentation. Proof of residency documents are required for new and current families.
Information about WPCP can be found on the SMSA website under the Enroll tab.
