The Holy Family Warming Shelter will open its doors to those who are homeless in our area in mid-November. To care for those in need takes the work of a community. If you would like to assist in this effort, Holy Family is currently looking for people to volunteer or donate meals. Volunteers will be trained prior to starting. To learn more about these opportunities, please visit hffdl.org/warming-shelter. The parish is also seeking donations of specific items which can be purchased through its Amazon Wish List at amazon.com/wedding/share/HFFDL.

Holy Family Catholic Community’s Living Nativity will return on Sunday, December 3 to Holy Family Church, 271 Fourth Street Way. To power this beautiful retelling of the Nativity story, we are in need of volunteers to take on various roles including: assisting in building the set, moving pews, setting up risers, cleaning up, and participating in the Nativity as a shepherd, angel, or other biblical character. If you are interested in assisting, please contact Eva Thelen-Dunphy at the Parish Office at ethelen@hffdl.org or (920) 921-0580 ext. 202.
Holy Family is looking to provide opportunities for its parishioners with special needs to further engage in the church community. To help the parish do so, Holy Family is asking parishioners with special needs, or those who care for those with special needs, to participate in its survey to help the parish explore possible events and programming.
Those interested in joining the Catholic Church are invited to sign up for Holy Family’s RCIA program – a process through which non-baptized men and women enter the Catholic Church. Adults from other faith traditions and those baptized Catholic but not raised Catholic are also welcome. The program will begin at the end of this month. To learn more and to sign up, please click button below or contact Sabina at the Parish Office at (920) 921-0580 ext. 501.
