Blessed Bites Celebrates One Year

Holy Family Catholic Community’s meal-to-go program, Blessed Bites, is celebrating its first year of providing free meals and care items to those in need in our community. To help us celebrate, we are collecting donations to give out during our program on Tuesdays. Needed items include: Kleenex, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, shampoo, conditioner, Chapstick, and laundry detergent. 

 

You can drop off donations at Holy Family Church and the Parish Office, 271 Fourth Street Way. Thank you for your continued support!


Space Still Available for Called and Gifted Workshop – October 30th

Come to Holy Family Church on October 30th from 8:00 am to 4:00 p.m. to participate in the Catherine of Sienna Institute’s Called & Gifted Workshop. Through this workshop, you will learn to uncover your gifts and discern your charisms, which enable you to be a channel of God’s love, truth, beauty, mercy, healing, and provision for others. Registration fee is $40, which covers materials, continental breakfast, and lunch. No one will be denied due to financial circumstances. Grief Share: Surviving the Holidays

Are you or someone you know grieving? To help you through the holidays, Holy Family will host Grief Share’s Surviving the Holidays seminar from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 4th in the Holy Family Board Room. Holy Family to host screening of Roe V. Wade – October 29th

Holy Family Catholic Community will host a screening and discussion of the 2020 film “Roe V. Wade” from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29th in Holy Family Church Hall. The movie offers a dramatized look at the events that led to the court ruling in the early 1970s. Fr. Justin Weber will lead a discussion following the film.

Community Updates

Early Learning Programs at CMFDL - Now Accepting Enrollment

The Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac is currently accepting enrollments in fall and winter early learning programs for children up to age 5 (now through Christmas). Classes are 30-45 minutes in length and filled with fun and learning. 

 

On Tuesdays children (and their grown ups) can enjoy Mini Monets with teacher Mrs. Andrea Nuss and on Wednesdays children can enjoy Music, Museum and Me with teacher Ms. Kendalyn Ewing.

Holiday Wonder Arts and Crafts Expo - November 6th

Saturday November 6, 2021

9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

$2 admission (kids 10 & under free with paid adult).  Held at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds Recreation Center.  Booths with wonderfully handmade items such as unique fiber art, Holiday decorations, resin paintings and furniture, wood signs, jewelry, and SELFIES with SANTA!
