Select A Tag From the Advent Giving Tree, Make A Child’s Christmas – Beginning November 20th & 21st

Share the joy of giving this season by purchasing a gift for a child on the Holy Family Advent Giving Tree. Beginning the weekend of November 20th – 21st, you can select a tag from the tree at one of our Holy Family sites and return it along with your unwrapped gift by Sunday, December 5th. 

Volunteers are needed to transport gifts to Fairgrounds at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 9th. Please call (920) 921-0580 if interested.


Holy Family Catholic Community To Launch Neighbors In Faith Program

Holy Family Catholic Community Parishioners are invited to join in Neighbors in Faith to provide assistance to other parishioners who may need help on a volunteer basis with various tasks such as yard work, transportation, housekeeping, or running errands. 

 

Those who are interested in providing assistance can submit the following JotForm at bit.ly/HFneighbors. Parishioners in need of assistance with various tasks can get connected with another parishioner who is able to offer their services in filling their need.

Limited Tickets Available For Living Nativity, Volunteer Opportunities Available

A limited number of tickets for Holy Family’s Living Nativity are still available for purchase. Join us as we retell the story of Jesus’ birth with live animals, beautiful music, and more in this popular event at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 5th at Holy Family Church. 

 

Purchase tickets at hometowntickets.com/hf or the Parish Office for $12 each. Children age 3 and under are free, but still must reserve a seat. Anyone who is interested in taking part in the Living Nativity is invited to contact Eva at the Parish Office to see if there is a role available fitting what they are looking to do.


Creating ‘cases Comes To Our Risen Savior – November 17th

Holy Family Catholic Community is looking for volunteers of all ages to cut fabric, design colorful combinations, pin and sew pillows with sewing machines for its Creating ‘Cases program from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, November 17th at Our Risen Savior. 

 

Pillow cases will go to the “Sleep in Heavenly Peace” bed build, Salvation Army Warming Shelter, St. Katharine Drexel Shelter, and more.

The Gift Of Sunday Advent Mission – December 1st

Holy Family will host one of 18 Advent Missions taking place throughout the Archdiocese from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1st at St. Mary Church. This Mission, presented by Fr. Jordan Berghouse, is based on The Gift of Sunday, a theological reflection issued by Archbishop Jerome Listecki. The evening will be held in the context of a prayer service and will highlight the importance of Sunday Mass in living out our faith on a daily basis.

Community Updates

Early Learning Programs at CMFDL - Now Accepting Enrollment

The Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac is currently accepting enrollments in fall and winter early learning programs for children up to age 5 (now through Christmas). Classes are 30-45 minutes in length and filled with fun and learning. 

 

On Tuesdays children (and their grown ups) can enjoy Mini Monets with teacher Mrs. Andrea Nuss and on Wednesdays children can enjoy Music, Museum and Me with teacher Ms. Kendalyn Ewing.
