Among Us Catholic Youth Group – Thursdays
Youth grades 6-12 are invited to join the Holy Family Catholic Community Among Us Youth Group for games, small groups, candlelight prayer, and food. The group meets on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, (5th) Thursdays of the month throughout the year from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart School, 678 Western Ave.
Men of Christ Conference – This Weekend
We are only a couple of days away from the Men of Christ’s “Reawakening the Catholic Man” Conference, taking place this Saturday from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm at Holy Family Church. This faith-filled conference will feature video presentations from Peter Kreeft, Kevin O’Brien, Fr. Cajetan Cuddy, O.P., Fr. Burke Masters, and Archbishop Jerome Listecki, as well as Mass, Adoration, Confession, Benediction, lunch, and more. Registration fee of $25 includes lunch and materials. Justin Weber discusses it at Holy Family Catholic Community’s next Lenten Priest Talk Series session on Tuesday, March 29 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at Sacred Heart Church. Fr. Ryan will finish the series when he talks about hell on Tuesday, April 5.
Altar Server Training – April 2
Holy Family Catholic Community’s next training session for new Altar Servers will be held Saturday, April 2. This is for interested new servers that are in 4th grade or older, or a refresher for current servers. Please meet Greg Brunette in the vesting sacristy at Holy Family Church at 3:40 pm, in order to participate in the 4:00 pm Mass, and have an hour of training afterword.
Pray, Reconcile, Rejoice: Lenten Day of Reconciliation – April 5th
As we prepare for Easter, priests from throughout the Fond du Lac and Sheboygan area will offer 12 Hours of Reconciliation on Tuesday, April 5 at Holy Family Church from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. as part of the Archdiocese’s Lenten Day of Reconciliation. Priests will be available to hear Confessions in Spanish from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Holy Family.
If you are unable to attend in Fond du Lac, St. Peter Claver Church, 1439 S. 12th Street, in Sheboygan will also offer 12 hours of Reconciliation.
Encountering God’s Love talk – April 6th
Church on Fire Founder, and JP II Healing Center Associate Bart Schuchts will share how an encounter with God in an NFL locker room changed his life forever when he comes to Holy Family Hall from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, April 6. Sponsored by Holy Family and St. Mary’s Springs Academy, his talk “Encountering the Father’s Love,” is perfect for men, middle school-age and up.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Build – April 8th – 9th
Volunteers are needed to help Holy Family Catholic Community build beds for children ages 3-17 in the Fond du Lac area at its Sleep in Heavenly Peace Build on Friday and Saturday, April 8th – 9th. The program has a goal of making sure that every child in the city has a bed to sleep in each night. Call Kelsey at (920) 921-0580 ext. 504 to sign up for a shift or to learn more! Holy Family Catholic Community seeking two Maintenance Assistants
Holy Family Catholic Community has two part-time employment opportunities available! The parish is looking to hire two Maintenance Assistants to help in the important work of keeping its Holy Family sites running and great condition! One position will focus on work at the Holy Family Church site, while the other will focus on the Rectory and the parish’s six church sites. Both positions will require employees to install, repair, and maintain various equipment, as well as to work with volunteers to coordinate maintenance, and tradesmen and supervisors to execute projects. Maintenance assistants do need be able to carry weights greater than 50 pounds, and must have the ability to work on evenings and/or weekends if needed, such as to respond to emergency after-hours situations.
