St. Joseph the Worker Prayer Service at Holy Family – May 1st
Join Holy Family Catholic Community as it celebrates the feast day of St. Joseph the Worker during the Catholic Church’s Year of Saint Joseph, with a prayer service at 10:00 a.m. this Saturday, May 1st in the Holy Family Church Courtyard, 271 Fourth Street Way.
The prayer service will take place in front of the St Joseph the Worker statue on the east side of the church. In case of inclement weather, the service will be moved inside to the North Hall.
St. Patrick Rosary Guild to host Rummage Sale – May 4th and 5th
The St. Patrick Rosary Guild will hold a rummage sale from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4th and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, May 5th in the Sacred Heart School Gym, with a $2.00 bag day on May 5th.
You can drop off sellable items from noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 2nd and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 3rd. Please use the school’s east door for drop off and do not bring TVs, computers or exercise equipment.
Cor Jesu – May 6th
All are invited to come to St. Mary Church Thursday, May 6th for an evening of Mass, Adoration and Confession at Cor Jesu. The night begins with the Rosary at 6:40 p.m., followed by Adoration and Reconciliation at 7:00 p.m. and Mass at 8:00 p.m.
Come to presentation on “Mary and Her Messages” – May 17th
Holy Family Catholic Community will welcome prolific Catholic writer, Fr. Edward Looney, to Holy Family Church from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. on Monday, May 17th for the presentation “A Journey with Mary and Her Messages.” Fr. Edward Looney will discuss Mary through the multiple roles she had — mother, faithful servant and teacher— and the various Marian apparitions that have been seen throughout the world, including in Wisconsin.
