Ledgerfest Auction Basket - Donation Deadline March 6th
Hello High School Families,
My name is Andrea Nuss, SMSA parent, and I am a part of our Ledgerfest committee. Planning has begun for this annual fundraiser that will be on Saturday, April 4, 2020 and we are in need of your help! This year we would like each grade level to contribute towards a basket that will be based on a specific theme. This basket will then be a part of the silent auction portion of this event.
To help make this basket possible, we are asking our families for a donation of at least $5 from each student . If you can’t give that amount, please consider giving whatever you can give. If you would like to donate more, you are welcome to do so. Please send this money into school in a sealed envelope with “Ledgerfest School Basket Donation” written on it along with your child’s name and grade level by Friday, March 6th.
Completed baskets will be available for bidding at LedgerFest on April 4. Register today by clicking here. If you can’t make it to the event, and would like to still bid on the baskets, keep an eye out for information on how to accomplish this via mobile bidding.
If you have any questions, please contact me at alnuss@charter.net.
Thank you so much for your willingness to help make this year’s Ledgerfest a success!
