Sadie Hawkins Dance - Saturday, February 16th

The Sadie Hawkins Dance, sponsored by the class of 2021, will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019, in the Baker Gym from 8:00-11:00 p.m.

 

Tickets are $8.00 in advance and $10.00 at the door and will be on sale during lunch periods beginning Wednesday, February 6.

 

The theme for this year’s dance is Country Nights. Normal dress codes for dances applies.


Chapel Mass - Wednesday, February 20th

Please join us on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 7:11 a.m. – 7:41 a.m. for Mass in the Chapel of St. Mary: Our Lady of the Ledge.

Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive - Monday, March 11th

The Student Council is sponsoring a hygiene collection until Monday, March 11, 2019 for ADVOCAP.  This is a city-wide effort, The Help for Homeless, hygiene drive will be a class driven competition.

The winning class will receive an ice cream treat.

Badger State World Affairs Seminar

Junior parents, please discuss Badger Boys State, Badger Girls State and World Affairs Seminar with your student.  Time is drawing near as to when we need to get students registered if they’re interested in attending this year. Badger Boys State is June 8-15, Badger Girls State is June 16-21 and World Affairs Seminar is June 22-28, 2019.

Career Exploration Opportunites

Career Experience Events

There will be two Career Experience Events in the Fond du Lac area within the next couple weeks.

 

Friday, March 1, 2019: SSM Health-St. Agnes Hospital will have an opportunity to learn more about Nursing, Physical Therapy and Radiation Therapy from 9:00 a.m.-12 p.m. in the plaza level conference room at St. Agnes Hospital.

Friday, March 22, 2019 Center for Health Professions Building on Nursing Simulator Lab, Radiologic Technology and Exercise and Sport Science from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Scholarship Opportunities

Fond du Lac Morning Rotary Scholarship

The FDL Morning Rotary Scholarship is available in the Counseling Office. This is for graduating seniors who are planning to attend college in Fond du Lac in the Fall of 2019 at either Marian University, Moraine Park Technical College or the UW Oshkosh at Fond du Lac.

Cops for Kids and FDL Police Benevolent Association Scholarship

Cops for Kids Scholarship is available to Fond du Lac County graduating seniors. Applicants will be judged on the basis of community service, leadership, character and achievement. The FDL Police Benevolent Association Scholarship is available to graduating seniors based on achievement, character, leadership and community.

Fond du Lac Community Theatre Scholarship

The FDL Community Theatre Scholarship is now available in the Counseling Office. This is available to graduating seniors who have been involved in at least two FDL Community Theatre productions and will be asked to list any type of involvement in these productions including but not limited to: performer/stage, musician, technician and crew.  


Hazel L. Stephenson Scholarship

The Hazel L. Stephenson scholarship is available to all Fond du Lac County high school graduates who will be college freshmen at a UW System campus.

Van Dyne Lion and Lioness Clubs Scholarships

The Van Dyne Lion and Lioness Clubs are offering their scholarships to graduating seniors who live in the Van Dyne Fire Department District in the town of Friendship and the town of Black Wolf.  Must be planning on attending college full time.
