Are you a high school student looking for an experience that will evangelize, equip, and empower you to become a radical and joyful disciple? You can donate blood and help save the lives of those at area hospitals at our Holy Family Blood Drive this Wednesday, October 21 from 12:00-5:00 pm in Holy Family Hall. While supplies last, those who donate will have the opportunity to get a free t-shirt representing the Big 10 school of their choice by visiting bigten.org/abbott. Families can come together and learn about living as a faith-filled family Wednesday, November 11 at Sacred Heart School. The evening will begin with a potluck in the Sacred Heart School Gym from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Please bring a dish to pass! From 6:30 to 7:30 pm, there will be something for everyone! Parents can attend a workshop on staying rooted in your own faith, while grades 1-4 will have fun with faith-based activities. Students in 5th–7th grade are invited to join Holy Family for Open the Word, a night to grow in faith, ask questions, and explore the Bible together in the Sacred Heart Victory Center. Students in grades 8-12 will head into the basement to play a game of Jeopardy! Please note: Childcare is available for children ages 3+, no diapers please.

Sacristans and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are encouraged to join Holy Family for a combined training session at 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 22 in the Holy Family Gathering Space. We will come together from across all parish sites to deepen our understanding of these important apostolates, review new procedures, and grow in our service to the liturgy.

Pray with Holy Family Parish as they devote 40 hours of Adoration to the Lord at Sacred Heart Church from Friday, October 30 to Sunday, November 1 in preparation for the Solemnity of All Saints. This will begin with a Votive Mass to the Most Blessed Sacrament and Vespers at 4:00 pm on Friday, October 30 at Sacred Heart Church and conclude at 7:00 am on Sunday with Mass in Spanish for the Solemnity. There are various devotions offered throughout the time. Each of the 40 hours will be offered for a different intention, such as our armed services, youth, immigrants, and clergy. Join the Sisters of St. Agnes for contemplative prayer on one Sunday each month from 4-5 p.m in the CSA Chapel (320 County Rd K, Fond du Lac, WI 54937).

The prayer time begins and ends with a prayer. Silence is maintained in the interim to allow for personal prayers. This prayer is for our country, for peace in the world, and for family and friends.

Join us for your special needs and graces. All are welcome to participate for the hour or a portion of it.

Please arrive by 4pm.

The Mission Integration Committee of Marian University is pleased to present a speakers series focusing on Catholic Social Teaching. Each session will focus on a single theme of Catholic Social Teaching and explore it through the lens of a CSA Corporate Stance and a Marian major. The series will take place from 3-4 p.m. in Marian University’s Stayer Auditorium.
