Every Friday throughout Lent, February 20 to March 27 (except February 27 when the Way of the Cross will not be offered), follow in the footsteps of Christ to Calvary and reflect on His suffering as our priests lead the Way of the Cross at 6:00 pm at Holy Family, 7:00 pm at Our Risen Savior, and in Spanish at 6:00 pm at St. Mary.
Purchase great soups donated by your favorite Fond du Lac restaurants to benefit those in need when you come to Soup du Jour on Saturday, March 21 at Holy Family Church. More than a dozen soups will be available for purchase, with the proceeds benefiting the Holyland Food Pantry and the St. Vincent de Paul of Fond du Lac County. Soups will be available on a first come, first served basis beginning at 1:00 pm in the drive-thru line beneath the canopy entrance on the church’s south side.
Soups will be $6 a cup or three for $15 – no cards accepted. If you are interested in volunteering, we are looking for people to help scoop and package soup at 1:00 pm in Holy Family Hall on Friday, March 20, as well as for volunteers to act as carhops on Saturday, March 21 at 1:00 pm. On Wednesday, March 25, area priests will be available for the sacrament of Reconciliation as part of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee’s “Pray, Reconcile, and Rejoice: 12 Hours of Reconciliation.” That day, people can have their confessions heard at Holy Family Church from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Confessions in Spanish will be heard from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
On Tuesday, April 7, learn about the impact of addiction, the importance of breaking the stigma surrounding it, and the resources available to those battling it from FDL County Drug Court Coordinator Jennifer Laning, CSAC, Gratitude Club Manager Ellen Buretta, and others who work with those suffering from the disease. Taking place in Holy Family Hall at 6:30 pm, the presentation will also include a talk from a parish family who lost a loved one to addiction.

Celebrate Holy Family Catholic Community and the good work you make possible at our Celebrate Holy Family Gala on Wednesday, April 22 at Holy Family Church. This special evening will begin at 5:30 pm, with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. As you enjoy live music at our cocktail hour, you will have the opportunity to bid on an array of unique and valuable items during our online silent auction. After, you will be treated to a gourmet dinner catered by Wisconsin’s premiere caterer, Chef Jack’s, and a special presentation from our parish. The evening’s festivities are expected to conclude around 8:30 pm. Please note that business attire is requested for the event.

Any man looking to deepen their spiritual life is invited to join Fr. Ryan Pruess on a Men’s Retreat at the Schoenstatt Retreat Center in Waukesha Friday, April 24 to Sunday, April 26. This retreat will focus on prayer and penance for one’s family, especially those in our families who may not be practicing the Faith. The weekend will consist of Mass, communal prayer, confession, individual prayer, Adoration, and Benediction. It will also include time for spiritual reading and walking the beautiful property of the Schoenstatt Fathers and Sisters, which boasts a beautiful old German chapel to Our Lady. The goal will be to equip and refresh men of any age with the spiritual tools to protect and encourage devotion within their families and the Church as true spiritual fathers. The retreat will take place from 6:00 pm on Friday, April 24 to 1:00 pm on Sunday, April 26 at the Schoenstatt Retreat Center in Waukesha. The cost of $150 per person includes lodging, meals, etc.
Save the date! November 2-11, 2026, Holy Family Catholic Community and Fr. Ryan Pruess will travel to Greece and Ephesus to follow in the footsteps of Saint Paul and you’re invited! Highlights of trip include visiting Thessaloniki, Central Greece, Athens, Mykonos, Patmos & Ephesus, as well as a Greek Island cruise! As you visit historic sites like Crete, Philippi, and Santorini, you’ll learn about the ministry of Saint Paul and how he converted the Greeks to Christianity.
