HS Orientation

Planning the transition to high school is an exciting and unique experience but can also be filled with questions of what to expect.  To ensure an easy transition for not only your student, but for you as well, we invite you and your student to attend a 9th Grade Academic Orientation Night for the Class of 2030. The selection of high school courses your student takes may have a significant influence on their future educational endeavors.  9th Grade Academic Orientation Night is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., with 30 minutes for questions following.  This will take place at MARIAN UNIVERSITY – STAYER CENTER AUDITORIUM. (address is 75 S. National Ave – Parking lot is located off 2nd Street and National Ave) 

The night will include overview of High School and the changes between Middle school and High, course selection process, student life activities and learning more about High School at SMSA.
