DESCRIPTION:SMSA is proud to participate in another year of Trade Tours through the Fond du Lac R.O.C.K. program\, which stands for Retention\, Opportunity\, Community\, and Knowledge. This program aimed at working specifically with high school seniors and juniors who are piecing together their  plans post high school graduation. This program provides career exploration through business tours and job shadows.  Fond du Lac R.O.C.K. is a program of Envision Greater Fond du Lac.The next Envision Fond du Lac tour is set for: \n\nTuesday\, October 29th at Holiday Automotive from 11:00 – 12:30 pm.  \n \nBusiness & Tour Information \nHoliday Automotive is a family owned\, full-service\, multi-brand new and used car dealership. They believe that engaged\, friendly\, and ambitious people are the engine of our success. Holiday Auto believes that making fans of customers through our actions and words is what fuels customer loyalty and growth. This company thrives on a culture that empowers individuals\, recognizes performance\, and encourages a healthy work-life balance  \n \nSMSA students will be touring the GM Facility.  Tour guides will be highlighting entry level positions\, such as Hydrotech\, Quick Lube Technician\, Directors of First Impressions. Students will also learn  how these positions are associated with the Youth Apprenticeship Program. \n \nSafety requirements:  \nSafety Glasses and closed toed shoes required. Holiday will  supply safety glasses if needed. \n \nTransportation and Parking \nHoliday Automotive  is located at 321 Rolling Meadows Drive\, Fond du Lac\, WI 54935. When parking please enter at the main entrance and park in the available lot. Students are responsible for transportation to and from the tour.  Students will need to fill the Archdiocese Student Driver Form prior to the tour. If  your student does not have the form completed please stop in the North Hall Office to pick one up. Please note that students are not allowed to drive together due to SMSA’s insurance policies and students are expected to return immediately back to school after the tour.
