WHAT: SMSA Parent Teacher Organization is your opportunity to collaborate with our amazing teachers & staff to support academics & provide community building events for your child. Everyone is really a member of the PTO. In the past, PTO has been able to purchase math manipulatives, reading programs, funded teacher trainings, & purchased Smart Boards. We also host fun events such as the Trunk & Treat, Book Fairs & the Carnival.
WHEN: Meeting attendance is important so you can learn what PTO is doing & how you can be a part of it. We appreciate everyone’s time and talent so meetings are kept to one hour. Meeting dates: TBA. All meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and are held in the teacher's lounge at the PE campus.
COST: In order to help offset costs, we ask that families make a one-time contribution of $5 per child with a max of $15 per family at the beginning of the school year. This can be sent with your child to the school office or paid at orientation.
HOW: Here are the opportunities for this coming school year. If you are interested in helping please check the box and return to school. We are always looking for chairs and co-chairs of events so please let us know if you are interested in that.

Assist as grandparents visit the church and school to see their grandchildren, bake, help serve snacks, take photos
Fall & Spring Conference dinners
PE and EM Campuses
Bring a dish to help feed teachers as they stay through their dinner hour to conduct parent -teacher conferences.
Trunk or Treat & movie night
Please bring peanut free candy. The best decorated car will receive a reward.
Help set up, serve pizza, monitor a game, clean up; culmination of Catholic Schools Week
